About the role

The role
You're a closing AE who understands the legal buyer. You'll join an early GTM motion — playbook, ICP, and pipeline already in flight — and own new deals end-to-end while keeping the existing customer book tight. The person clients call. The person who knows what's happening inside their business.

What you'll do in your first 12 months
Close net-new business across Real Estate, investment funds, financial institutions, and corporates. Own existing customer relationships — renewals, upsell, expansion. Spot signals early and act on them.
Run regular check-ins and account reviews. Bring customer feedback back to the team. Sharpen the playbook alongside the GTM Lead — discovery, demo flow, objection handling, pricing. Be a clear voice to founders and product on what customers need next.

You
2+ years closing B2B deals, with some post-sale or account management experience
Track record in fast-moving environments where the playbook is still being written
Strong written communication — you run async deal cycles and write follow-ups that close
Direct legal industry experience: legal tech sales, legal ops, or a paralegal/lawyer who's moved commercial. You know how legal teams actually buy
AI-native day to day — you use frontier models in how you work, not just read about them
