About the role
The Head of FP&A will be responsible for owning financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the group. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning group budgeting, forecasting, and financial models
- Building scalable reporting for leadership, board, and strategic partners
- Supporting M&A analysis, integration, and synergy tracking
- Developing KPI frameworks and performance visibility across business units
- Partnering closely with the CFO and leadership on strategic planning
