The Role

This is a long-term, full-time near-site mission based in Brussels. You will be embedded with a client team working on enterprise web applications, contributing across the full stack with a strong backend focus.

This is not a remote-friendly role. Consultants are expected to be on-site 3 days per week and must live in - or relocate to - Belgium. Remote work from abroad is not permitted.

What You'll Be Working With

Core stack (mandatory):

• Symfony, PHP, SQL, Python, JavaScript, HTML

• CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices

• Kubernetes

• OOP principles, SOLID, and general engineering best practices

Additional experience valued:

• API Platform and/or React

• Strong foundation in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline design

Experience Required

• Minimum 11 years of relevant experience (university studies count toward this total).

Technical Certification

At least one of the following certifications is mandatory:

• Oracle Certified Professional

• Java EE 8, SE 17 or above

• PM² Agile

• BPMN 2.0

Other Requirements

• EU nationality - non-EU consultants will not be considered.

• Personal Security Clearance required. Proof of initiation of the procedure must be provided before the start date.

Recruitment Process

1. Initial phone interview with our team and consortium lead.

2. IKM test (shared directly with the consultant).

3. Submission of a technical form, along with relevant certification(s) and university diploma(s).
