Deployment Strategist
Own end-to-end AI deployments for enterprise customers - from scoping through production launch. Drive complex implementations, align stakeholders, and make AI initiatives land.
About the Organisation
The organisation is an AI platform company helping large enterprises become AI-driven organisations. Their core product is deploying AI agents that operate reliably in production - solving real operational problems end-to-end for enterprise customers.
About the Role
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll own the successful deployment of AI solutions for enterprise customers - turning ambitious AI initiatives into real, measurable outcomes. You'll lead complex implementations from early scoping through production launch, working closely with customers and internal teams to align on requirements, timelines, and success metrics.
This is not a coordination role. You'll be the driving force behind each deployment - making sure it lands on time, performs in production, and scales beyond the initial rollout.
What You'll Do
Own and lead deployment of the platform and AI agents for enterprise customers
Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and onboardings
Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement toward production launches
Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs
Monitor AI agent performance in production and drive follow-up improvements
Identify and develop new AI use cases with customers to expand adoption and impact
Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the deployment lifecycle
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in technical problem-solving roles
Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex efforts moving forward
High-agency mindset: comfortable creating clarity, proposing direction, and driving decisions without waiting for perfect requirements
Proactive, hands-on approach and genuine interest in AI-driven products
Strong communication skills, project management, and organisational ability
Nice to Have
Engineering background or prior hands-on technical experience
Background in management consulting, strategy consulting, or technical consulting - particularly in problem discovery and working with senior stakeholders
Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
