What we're looking for
- 4–8 years as a Growth PM at a PLG SaaS company or mobile gaming
- Experience with ARR growth attributable to your work
- Experience shipping in-product growth surfaces with engineering
- Experience writing PRDs and in-product microcopy
- Opinionated on integration, OAuth, and auth-funnel drop patterns and retention cohort work
About the role
- You will be the founding Growth Product Manager (PM) with no PM above you and no playbook to inherit.
- Your main focus will be on activation, retention, and monetization across the entire user journey, excluding paid acquisition and brand.
- You will run the experiment loop, including onboarding, integration activation, pricing and packaging, churn-recovery, and in-product surfaces like dashboards and nudges.
- You will form hypotheses, instrument them, ship tests with engineering, analyze data, and decide what scales, what kills, and what ships next.
- You will manage three live experiments at any time with a weekly cadence.
- You will inherit a pipeline already in flight and build on it, not restart from zero.
- You will write your own SQL queries and PRDs, and be fluent in PostHog and HogQL.
- You will work closely with co-founders and engineering, focusing on retention and growth.
- You will personally execute tasks such as activation funnel instrumentation, cohort analysis, integration-drop recovery iteration, and retention cohort work.
- You will have specific milestones to achieve within 30, 60, and 90 days, including full activation and retention funnel instrumentation, shipping integration-drop recovery v2, and moving retention metrics.
- You will be responsible for defining the company's economics through the experiments you ship, focusing on retention and monetization.
- You will work in a small team with high trust and low process, making decisions as an owner and shipping your first week.
- You will have the opportunity to work remotely or in the Warsaw or Munich office, with travel for offsites and key moments.
