Founding Growth Product Manager
Founding Growth PM to own activation, retention, and monetization, running experiments and building a product-led growth engine with no PM above you.
What we're looking for
- 4-8 years as a Growth PM at a PLG SaaS company or mobile gaming
- Experience with ARR growth attributable to your work
- Experience shipping in-product growth surfaces with engineering
- Experience writing PRDs and in-product microcopy
- Opinionated on integration, OAuth, and auth-funnel drop patterns and retention cohort work
You will be the founding Growth PM - no PM above you, no playbook to inherit, no hand-holding.
Your focus is the full user journey: activation, retention, monetization. Not paid acquisition, not brand - the stuff that actually determines whether the product survives.
You will own the experiment loop end-to-end. Onboarding, integration activation, pricing and packaging, churn recovery, in-product surfaces - dashboards, nudges, the works. You form the hypothesis, instrument it, ship the test with engineering, read the data, and decide what scales, what dies, and what's next. Three live experiments at any time, weekly cadence.
You're inheriting a pipeline already in flight - build on it, don't restart.
You write your own SQL. You write your own PRDs. You're fluent in PostHog and HogQL, or you get there fast.
In the first 90 days: full activation and retention funnel instrumented, integration-drop recovery v2 shipped, retention metrics moving. These aren't stretch goals - they're the job.
You'll work directly with co-founders and engineering in a small team with high trust and low process. Decisions made as an owner. First thing shipped in week one.
Warsaw or Munich office, remote-friendly, travel for offsites and key moments.
