About the role
The Role:
- Your job is to enhance Viktor's capabilities, making it perform more tasks for more customers with increased reliability.
- You will build the agent that others will try to emulate.
- Work in Warsaw where product, growth, and engineering collaborate closely.
- Collaborate directly with both founders and have ownership over a significant part of the product.
- See your code in production the same day it is written.
What You'll Do:
- Build the agent runtime, focusing on sandboxed execution, tool orchestration, and memory management.
- Develop integrations with various tools like Salesforce, Notion, Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Shopify.
- Manage infrastructure to handle over 600K tool calls daily, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Deliver features directly to users through Slack and Teams, with immediate user feedback.
- Work on various tasks as needed due to the small team size and large scope of work.
How You'll Know You're Succeeding:
- Regularly shipping to production with your contributions noted in the changelog.
- Building features that directly contribute to customer acquisition.
- Ability to fix system issues at any time due to comprehensive system understanding.
- Reducing the coding workload of founders by taking over significant product areas.
